Functional Nutritionist

Kerri Cooper RD, CSSD is an expert in sports dietetics, ancestral health and functional nutrition. She received her B.S in Human Nutrition, Foods and Exercise from Virginia Tech and completed her dietetic internship at the University of Virginia Health System. She also has Masters in Nutrition from James Madison University and is board certified specialist in Sports Dietetics.

Focusing on confidence and positive self image, Kerri helps her clients to set realistic goals, make a plan to achieve them, and do the things that push them outside of their comfort zone into the land of growth, commitment and emerging confidence. She lives the truth that commitment is essentially failing often, adapting (it's ok to be wrong) and growing. It starts with believing in yourself and standing strong in the limelight of your own truth without the need to seek needless and superficial validation.
